Easy to use Bible to Care Planning December 13, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great care planning book, the easiest to use out of all of them. All you do is look up the medical diagnosis in the front and it lists all the nursing diagnoses, then it provides all the care plans with rationales for the interventions. You can also register online at Elsevier and create the care plans online, so you can just copy and paste into word.

Book for the Ages October 5, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book is so worn already with the use that it gets, which just shows how essential it is. Everything that you need to know about the basics of care plans is in it
