Product Description
Relationships often begin with openness and heartfelt connection, but over time this connection can be lost among miscommunication, a lack of mutual support, and a loss of affection. But love can last, says David Richo, and in this dynamic workshop he shows us how.In encouraging terms, Richo reveals how we can strengthen our relationships using two basic approaches: using Western psychotherapy, we can identify self-defeating patterns in our relationships and uncover their sources, and by cultivating mindfulness we can learn to be with life just as it is. These approaches create a perfect balance between working through our difficulties and developing a deep acceptance of ourselves and partner. Successfully blending these methods, David Richo says, establishes the bedrock of fulfilling, lasting relationships. He addresses many topics including how to:Develop honest, open communicationImprove physical and emotional intimacyConstructively resolve conflictsIncrease our capacity to give and receive loveMove from needy, ego-centered love to unconditional love and compassionUse love as a path to spiritual awakening3 CDs, 3 hours.

Once again Dave Richo gives us an opportunity to learn from someone who seems to understand both the psychological and the spiritual realms of human life. Dave shares both his wisdom and compassion for all of us, as he reveals the importance of journeying into the deeper realms of our existence in relationship. Through his obvious scholarship he brings us techniques to both heal our needy psyches and assist us in rising in Love.

Namaste,

Russ
