This book should not be sold to the general public, The answers are not available unless you are an instructor.
I bought the book to give myself extra help, but it doen't do a person anygood if you can't get the answers. How can they expect you to review your mistakes. This is an email from product support (llw customer help)
"Answers for the Phlebotomy Essentials workbook are only available to instructors and no resources are available online for students. I apologize for any inconvenience." should not be sold without this disclaimer.

Honestly, I am not satisfied with this book at all. How can I check if I am right or wrong if there are no answers either in the book or online? I bought it because the teacher demanded this but it's useless for me and I don't recommend this book to anybody. (May be it's OK not to have answers if you care only about grades, but if you care about knowledge, you must understand what your mistakes are. The book "Phlebotomy exam review" by the same authors is MUCH BETTER.
 Phlebotomy Essentials 4th Edition Workbook April 11, 2008
This book seemed as though it would have been very helpful in preparing for a career in phlebotomy. Unfortunately, I decided not to take that career path. The good news, though, is that today, April 10, I sold it on Amazon to another customer. Also, I was able to sell it for right around the same price I purchased it for.
In the small amount of time I skimmed through this book, I found that it was a great tool to be used when studying the textbook that goes along with it. Thank you Amazon!!!
